The Employee Relations Law Journal published an article by Member Geri Haight and Associate Tom Pagliarini about the implications of President Trump’s decision to remove officials at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the National Labor Relations Board.

The authors write, “These actions are likely to disrupt operations at these agencies, including with respect to any ongoing formal matters and in the dissemination of general guidance and oversight they provide.”
