Will GCs Use Pay Transparency Laws For Candid Approach?

Rubin spoke to Law360 Pulse about New York City's pay transparency law which recently came into effect and requires employers to disclose a pay range in job advertisements. Jen commented that she "found general counsel open to the idea of rolling out salary range postings on a larger scale. The top in-house counsel realize that not doing so could be a massive administrative burden for the company."
