Mintz's Pro Bono Work Honored by New England Chapter of American Association of Pro Bono Lawyers

The New England chapter of the American Association of Pro Bono Lawyers has awarded Mintz with one of its Pro Bono Awards, specifically highlighting the firm's pro bono work in co-counseling the challenge to the first "travel ban" presidential executive order.
Mintz is advising a consortium of investors led by TPG Capital and Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe in their acquisition of Curo Health Services, one of the nation’s leading hospice providers. The definitive agreement was announced on April 23, 2018. The deal is valued at approximately $1.4 billion.
