This leadership team has demonstrated success as thought leaders around regulatory, legal, and technology issues surrounding private liquidity and digital assets.

One year after Templum’s first digital security primary placement, Templum Markets has continued to develop. Earlier this year, Templum Markets partnered with CUSIP Global Services to provide unique security and entity identifiers to all digital securities offered on its platform. Most recently, this past October, Templum Markets successfully closed the Aspen Digital Tokens private equity offering to recapitalize the iconic St. Regis Aspen Resort. The deal represents a groundbreaking moment in the acceptance and growth of regulated digital securities by traditional participants.
