Allison focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, and white collar defense matters. She advises clients across a wide range of industries, including health care.

While earning her JD, Allison interned in the General Counsel's Office of the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services. In that role, she drafted motions for submission to the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination concerning employment discrimination and retaliation claims. Allison also worked as a law clerk for a Massachusetts-based employment law firm, where she conducted research on retaliation, contract disputes, and wage and hour issues to support litigation. She gained additional legal experience while clerking at an estate planning and elder law boutique firm.

In law school, Allison served as a research assistant, focusing on issues related to administrative law and constitutional law. She earned a Certificate of Pro Bono Distinction along with her JD.

Before law school, Allison worked as a research manager and a researcher at a higher education research and technology firm.
