Andrew is an intellectual property attorney whose practice is focused on patent litigation for clients in the life sciences industry. He has experience preparing legal memoranda and conducting research on patent law issues, including claim construction, infringement, and validity.

Prior to joining Mintz, Andrew was an associate in the Litigation Department of an international law firm. During his tenure, he also worked on pro bono matters involving adoptions, the Federal Tort Claims Act, and asylum applications.

While earning his JD, Andrew served as a licensing advisor intern for an IP transaction and advisory firm and a judicial intern for the United States District Court of the Western District of Texas. In law school, he served as staff editor of the Texas Review of Law and Politics and the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal.
