With extensive experience in US and foreign patent prosecution and trademark prosecution and enforcement, Antony advises clients of all sizes across many industries including life sciences, technology, and pharmaceuticals.

Prior to joining Mintz, Antony was patent counsel at a California biopharmaceutical company where he coordinated patent prosecution and portfolio management for a broad range of technologies. Earlier, he directed a successful IP practice at a leading law firm and has served as counsel for law firms specializing in intellectual property matters.
