Arianna is an immigration attorney who manages employment-based visa matters for clients across a broad range of industries. She drafts forms and documents for various immigrant visas, including EB-1, EB-2, EB-2 NIW, and EB-3 filings. She also prepares paperwork for nonimmigrant visas, including E-2, E-3, H-1B, H-1B1, H-4, L-1A, L-1B, O-1, and TN filings.

In addition to a JD from New England Law, Arianna earned certifications in immigration law and compliance and risk management.

While earning her law degree, Arianna worked as a law clerk and an intern at two immigration law firms. She also served as an immigration legal intern with the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center, where she assisted with preparing various types of visa applications. Additionally, while interning with the Safe Passage Project, a nonprofit immigration legal services organization, she prepared Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) applications for clients, court documents for guardianship proceedings, and client affidavits. In law school, Arianna held numerous leadership positions with student organizations.
