Arthur is a Technical Advisor and a registered patent agent with a background in computer engineering. He has experience in the semiconductor industry working on electrical systems integration, signal conditioning, data acquisition, and RF transceiver solutions.

Prior to joining Mintz, Arthur was a Field Applications Engineer supporting aerospace and defense customers. He served as a systems advisor establishing key customer relationships and managing client applications, many including sophisticated radar, electronic defense systems, and space satellite designs. Earlier, as an Applications Engineer at the company, Arthur provided technical support for power distribution and protection devices.   

He is currently earning his JD at Northeastern University.
