Arthur is a registered patent agent with a background in electrical and computer engineering. He focuses on helping clients obtain patents and navigate the patent system, providing guidance on securing patent protection, managing intellectual property portfolios, and conducting strategic analyses to support business and innovation goals.

Arthur’s practice includes the preparation and prosecution of US and international patent applications, as well as strategic patent counseling in the form of invalidity and infringement analyses, asset and portfolio valuation estimation, and freedom-to-operate searches. He also has experience with post-grant proceedings and patent litigation, including matters before the U.S. International Trade Commission. 

With broad technical experience, Arthur assists clients across a wide range of high-tech industries. His expertise covers electrical systems, machine learning, data analysis and visualization, communication and sensor systems, consumer electronics, data acquisition, processor design, and software-methods. Prior to joining Mintz, Arthur worked at a global semiconductor company, supporting client applications and system designs, including sophisticated electronic and communication platforms. He also collaborated with clients to develop and optimize consumer electronic devices. 

Arthur is currently earning his J.D. from Northeastern University.
