Brendan focuses his practice on corporate and securities law and general corporate matters, including private sales and acquisitions and commercial contracts. He counsels public and private companies in a variety of industries, including technology.
While attending law school, Brendan served as a judicial intern for the late Honorable Juan R. Torruella of the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the Honorable Robert C. Cosgrove, associate justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court. He was also a summer law fellow in the Financial Frauds Bureau of the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and a law clerk with a personal injury firm in Boston.
In law school, Brendan served as a note author for the Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy and the chief competition director of the Moot Court Honor Board.

Mintz represented Bauwerk Group AG, a leading Swiss-based manufacturer of parquet flooring, in its purchase of Somerset Hardwood Flooring, a vertically integrated forest products company. The deal creates a global market leader in hardwood flooring with a combined turnover of $400 million at a production volume of over 120 million square feet.
