Caroline is a litigator whose practice encompasses complex commercial disputes, employment cases, white collar defense, government investigations, and appellate matters. She works with clients across a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining Mintz, Caroline served as a law clerk for the Honorable Gregory A. Phillips of the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the Honorable Paul A. Suttell, Chief Justice of the Rhode Island Supreme Court. In both roles, she drafted opinions, wrote bench memoranda, and conducted legal research.
While earning her JD, Caroline interned for the Honorable Allison D. Burroughs of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Additionally, Caroline worked as a Summer Associate at Mintz, where she researched caselaw and conducted client intake interviews for pro bono cases. In law school, Caroline served as editor in chief of the Boston College Law Review.
Before law school, Caroline worked as director of government affairs for a lobbying firm based in Washington, DC. She also served as the national deputy finance director for a US Senator’s reelection campaign and a finance assistant for a super PAC.
