Chris focuses his practice on advising US and international technology companies at every stage of the corporate life cycle and counseling venture capital funds on their tech company investments. In his work for emerging companies, Chris provides guidance on entity formation, general business and corporate governance matters, debt and equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions. 

Prior to joining Mintz, Chris was a managing associate at a California-based technology boutique law firm, where he advised start-ups, late-stage companies, and venture capital investors. Earlier, he was an associate at an international law firm.

In law school, Chris served as the dialectic editor of the UCLA Law Review and a writing advisor of the 1L Lawyering Skills Class.
