Christopher focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, corporate and securities law, and general corporate matters. He counsels public and private companies across a wide variety of industries, including technology.
While earning his JD, Christopher worked as a Summer Associate at Mintz and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Robert C. Cosgrove of the Massachusetts Superior Court.
In law school, Christopher served as content editor of the Journal of High Technology Law and as captain of the Constitutional Law Moot Court Team. He was also a teacher's assistant for a civil procedure course and a business entities fundamentals course, and a mentor for a property law course.
Before becoming an attorney, Christopher worked as an account manager and a business development consultant for a US-based multinational computer technology company.
