Daria counsels and represents clients in a broad spectrum of complex civil litigation in federal and state courts and in government investigations. Her experience spans all phases of litigation, including developing case strategy, assisting with depositions, directing discovery, and drafting motions and briefs. She also conducts internal investigations on behalf of individual defendants, managing both the interview process and responses to federal agencies.

Prior to joining Mintz, Daria was an associate at a New York City–based international law firm, where she worked on a wide array of litigation and white collar defense matters as well as complex corporate restructuring cases. She also served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Robert W. Lehrburger, Magistrate Judge of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Daria also maintains an active pro bono practice, which has included arguing before the New York Appellate Division, preparing appellate briefs, and drafting Supreme Court amicus briefs.

While earning her JD, Daria served as a teaching assistant and on the staff of the Fordham International Law Journal.
