Dash focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He advises clients in a wide variety of industries, including financial services, real estate, global retail, and insurance. As an associate in the firm’s litigation section, Dash has experience with a wide variety of matters, including contract disputes, securities litigation, white collar defense, FINRA arbitrations, employment litigation, and regulatory investigations.

Dash is involved in the firm’s pro bono practice and has assisted clients in their claims for asylum, including an appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

While in law school, Dash was a Staff Writer and Senior Editor for the Boston College Law Review. While working as a Student Attorney at the Boston College Civil Litigation clinic, Dash represented his clients in matters relating to child custody, child support, and housing. Dash was a Summer Associate at Mintz in 2019.
