Dayna focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity financings, and corporate governance. She primarily represents start-ups and emerging growth companies in all stages of their life cycles, including corporate formation, venture capital financing transactions, technology licensing agreements, and general corporate matters. Dayna represents clients across a variety of industries, including life sciences, biotechnology, technology, and energy & sustainability.

Prior to joining Mintz, Dayna was a corporate associate at a Boston-based law firm, where she advised clients on a variety of domestic and international business transactions.

While attending law school, Dayna served as a judicial intern for the late Honorable Juan R. Torruella of the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and an intern in the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts.
