Dianna focuses her practice on mergers, acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and other transactional and corporate matters.
Prior to joining Mintz, Dianna was a corporate associate at another law firm, where she worked with the private equity group to handle transactional matters for privately held companies, private equity firms, and other financial investors. In addition, Dianna advised clients on general corporate matters.
Through her pro bono practice, Dianna has represented survivors of human trafficking and worked with the Innocence Project. Prior to earning her law degree and MBA, she worked in business development and as a financial analyst.
Dianna is co-founder and a director of First Generation Network, an organization dedicated to reducing barriers faced by law students who are the first in their immediate families to complete post-secondary studies.
