Gregory is a Technical Advisor with a background in chemistry. He has experience managing research projects in a range of areas, including nickel-catalyzed methods for biomolecule functionalization and the synthesis of organometallic nickel compounds.

While earning his PhD, Gregory worked as a lab manager, research assistant, and adjunct instructor at New York University. During that time, he led research projects, contributed to federal grant applications, and generated data from experiments in diverse fields, including chemical biology and inorganic chemistry. He is also experienced with various means of compound characterization such as electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, and X-ray crystallography.

Gregory received a Henry M. MacCraken Fellowship and a National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) Honorable Mention. In addition, he authored a dissertation titled “Characterization of Radical Organonickel Complexes.”
