Jennifer’s practice focuses on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on commercial leasing and ground leasing deals. She has significant experience representing both landlords and tenants in connection with general office, medical office, industrial, retail, life science and mixed-use projects of all sizes. Her clients include national, regional, and local property owners, developers, investors, landlords and tenants. She has extensive experience handling a variety of types of commercial leases, easement agreements, subordination and non-disturbance agreements, declarations, development agreements, tenant buyout agreements, site improvement agreements, and more.
Jennifer began her legal career in Los Angeles with a California-based real estate firm, where she represented developers and investors in their development of multi-family projects, office projects, development parcels, hotels, multi-property portfolios, and industrial properties, among other projects. She also spent several years as Of Counsel at another Boston law firm handling commercial leases.
