Jessica focuses her practice on corporate and securities law and general corporate matters. She works with public and private companies in a variety of industries, including energy & sustainability, life sciences, and technology.
Prior to joining Mintz, Jessica served as a law clerk with a California-based litigation firm, where she prepared demand letters, motions, and briefs and assisted with discovery, depositions, and trial. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Gonzalo P. Curiel of the US District Court for the Southern District of California and a law clerk for the San Diego Alternate Public Defender’s Office, Federal Defenders of San Diego, Inc., and the San Diego Primary Public Defender’s Office.
While earning her JD, Jessica received several scholarships and served as the lead tournament coordinator of the Moot Court Executive Board.
Prior to attending law school, Jessica worked as a legislative intern for Senator Kerry Donovan of the Colorado Senate.
