As Director of Facilities and Operations, John oversees various operational functions on a firm-wide basis. Working closely with managers and administrators across all offices, John develops and directs the implementation of processes such as space management, office assignments, and security/card access systems. On the facilities side, he has overall responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of all office space, including building HVAC systems, furniture and equipment, cleaning, and general maintenance. John also provides planning, executional direction, and assistance for all office construction and renovation projects as well as relocations.
Prior to joining Mintz, John was the facilities manager for another Am Law 100 law firm and has over 30 years of experience in law firm operations and administration.
