As the Director of Financial Systems, Laura is responsible for designing, planning, and leading initiatives to improve firm-wide financial business processes. Laura has managed several software conversions, upgrades, and process reengineering projects. 

Laura has over 30 years of law firm finance and legal technology experience at Mintz. She has held many roles in the firm’s Finance Department. Additionally, she is a member of the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA). 

Outside of the office, Laura enjoys playing pickleball, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends on Cape Cod.
