Marina is a member of the firm’s executive leadership team and is responsible for the firm’s financial functions, including but not limited to billing, collections, accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and reporting.

Marina has almost 25 years of experience working in law firm finance and financial systems functions in different leadership capacities. Prior to joining Mintz, she served as the director of global finance operations and business process outsourcing at a multinational Am Law 50 firm, where she led financial transformation and operational efficiency. She has also held financial management roles at several Am Law global law firms and a Big 4 accounting firm.

Marina is a CPA and has earned her Legal Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
