Mary focuses her practice on US and international patent prosecution and strategic patent counseling for clients in the technology, medical devices, and automotive industries. Her practice also encompasses conducting freedom to operate, patentability, and invalidity analyses, assisting with patent litigation, and advising clients in trademark disputes. She has extensive experience with innovations involving mechanical and electrical technologies.
Prior to joining Mintz, Mary served as an associate at a law firm focused on IP and technology, where she handled a wide range of patent and trademark matters.
While earning her JD, Mary was a legal intern at a cannabis packaging company. She also previously had a summer internship with a Chinese law firm.
Mary has been granted limited recognition to practice in patent matters before the Office under 37 CFR § 11.9(b).
