Matt concentrates his practice on corporate law matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and debt financing transactions.
Prior to joining Mintz, Matt practiced as an associate in the finance practice of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York. While there, he advised corporate borrowers, alternative lenders and investors, and other financial institutions in a broad range of U.S. and international corporate finance transactions, including leveraged acquisition financings, bridge financings, workouts, debt restructurings, and other secured financings.
During his time in law school, Matt served as the Deputy Managing Editor of the Harvard Business Law Review.
