As Director of Attorney Development, Melanie oversees the development and advancement of our attorneys firm wide. Melanie collaborates with all levels of the organization to elevate the firm’s attorney development efforts with a focus on the growth and engagement of Associates and Patent Agents. She provides strategic leadership in the areas of professional development, performance management, mentoring, coaching, and compensation. Melanie also works closely with firm leadership to support diversity and Mintz Women’s Initiative efforts.
Since joining Mintz in 2006, she has acquired over a decade of experience in talent management and human resources. She has assumed increasing responsibility within the firm’s Attorney Development and Human Resources departments and has held management positions, including serving as the Senior Manager of Human Resources for Attorneys.
Prior to joining Mintz, Melanie worked at another Am Law 100 firm in its Human Resources Department.
Outside of the office, Melanie enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.
