Miguel oversees financial planning and analysis on a broad range of metrics, with a focus on innovating processes and tools to enhance analysis and decision-making. In addition to analyzing the profitability and productivity of practice areas, client matters, individual attorney practices, and the firm as a whole, his team manages the expense and revenue budgeting, financial reporting, and data analytics functions. Miguel works closely with the firm’s senior leadership, including the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, practice and division managers, and Business Development Managers, as well as individual attorneys.

Prior to joining Mintz, Miguel was a senior manager of practice analytics & financial reporting at a global law firm. He brings nearly two decades of experience in finance roles at Am Law 100 law firms, including about 10 years in management, in positions encompassing a broad range of financial analysis, accounting, and pricing responsibilities.

Outside of the office, Miguel enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures.
