Ryan focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters, including transactions, corporate governance, and securities compliance. He regularly counsels emerging companies from formation to exit, handling all aspects of entity formation and general corporate governance issues, financing events, mergers and acquisitions, and securities regulation.
Prior to joining Mintz, Ryan was an associate at a California-based law firm handling a wide range of matters including corporate transactions, real estate financings, and securities compliance. During law school, he interned with the in-house legal department of a national level auto-finance lender and externed at the Federal Trade Commission. Ryan was a semi-finalist on Loyola’s Transactional Negotiations Team and earned the Dean’s Service award for his academic achievement and commitment to excellence in the community.
