Sean directs a team of Practice Managers who support the firm’s legal teams through strategic planning, financial governance, practice administration, and talent management. In an effort to continuously enhance how Mintz manages the business of law, he collaborates with legal and administrative leadership across the firm to develop strategic goals and implement streamlined processes designed to achieve prioritized results efficiently and effectively. His role also includes overseeing the firm’s Intellectual Property Operations, Knowledge Management, and Paralegal Management administrative functions, working with each of those teams to help Mintz deliver the high standards of client service expected by the firm’s clients.

Prior to joining Mintz, Sean spent a decade in senior practice management roles at an Am Law 25 global law firm. Earlier in his career, he practiced as a real estate attorney and co-founded an environmental compliance consulting firm.

Outside of the office, Sean serves on the Manchester-by-the-Sea Parks and Recreation Committee and enjoys outdoor adventures with his family.
