Sebastian focuses his practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, debt financing, tech transactions, and securities offerings. He has experience drafting and negotiating transaction agreements and ancillary documents, advising on licensing and royalty agreements, and conducting due diligence for complex transactions. Sebastian represents companies in a broad range of industries, including life sciences, technology, and financial services.
While earning his JD, Sebastian served as a Dean’s Fellow for first-year Torts, a research assistant focused on health law and regulations, and a caseworker at the school’s IP and Innovation Clinic. He also spent a semester at the University of Hong Kong studying digital assets and currencies.
