Sharzaad’s practice focuses on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, formation, governance, and corporate and securities law. She works with companies of all sizes, from start-ups and emerging companies to public and private corporations.
While earning her JD, Sharzaad served as a legal intern at the USD School of Law’s Entrepreneurship Clinic, where she drafted stock purchase, operating, consulting, and non-disclosure agreements, as well as privacy policies and terms of use. She also prepared and submitted entity formation and other documents for California LLCs and Delaware corporations.
Sharzaad also worked as a law clerk, gaining experience with securities filings and FINRA disciplinary actions at a firm specializing in business and securities law and assisting with discovery matters at a litigation boutique.
