She is experienced in all stages of litigation and arbitration, from initiating actions through discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeals. Whitney is a proven legal advisor to her clients, providing not only strategic litigation advice but also helping guide business strategy beyond litigation.

Over the years, Whitney has also provided pro bono representation for victims of domestic violence and asylum applicants.

Prior to joining Mintz, Whitney was a commercial litigation associate in the New York office of another prominent law firm, where she had previously worked as a summer associate.
