The Women’s Initiative at Mintz is dedicated to advancing the recruitment, retention, and career success of women attorneys through leadership development, mentorship, and networking opportunities. The group offers business development training, innovative initiatives, firm-wide programs, and events that nurture and support the success of all women.

One of the most important objectives of the Women’s Initiative is to focus on women’s advancement within the firm. Creating opportunities and training in leadership for women is one of my own personal commitments.
