Julie Korostoff has provided critical support to Fidelity Investments, and, more specifically, its clearing broker-dealer, National Financial Services LLC, for well over a decade. Over the years, she has supported me on many agreements and projects, including the creation of a comprehensive and well-written Technology Products and Services Agreement template that we enter into with all of our intermediary clearing clients following many a difficult negotiation. Her deep knowledge of our business, products, and services is highly valued, and her masterful negotiation style (well-tempered and thoughtful but persistent and persuasive) has benefited and protected Fidelity in countless negotiations over the years.         

Julie works tirelessly for us, going above and beyond without complaints or excuses. I will never forget one particular deal she (as well as Ran Zioni and another former Mintz attorney) worked on with us, which required three agreements to be negotiated simultaneously. It was an extremely important deal to Fidelity but highly contentious and under an extreme deadline. Julie and her team worked literally around the clock for several arduous weeks to help us successfully close the deal. More recently, she and Meredith Leary (another amazing Mintz Member!) provided a complex analysis of our data, including sources, usage, and rights, and helped us develop a creative future contractual construct designed to broaden and protect those usage rights.         

I greatly appreciate and respect Julie’s dedication, capabilities, innovation, and leadership not only on Fidelity matters but also within the firm and in the community. She cares about training young associates, and I have personally seen many develop into exceptional lawyers under her mentorship.

Talia Primor has been our team lead at Mintz for many years. Jen Rubin has been volunteering for The Honor Foundation since 2014 as a member of the faculty teaching compensation negotiations to veteran Navy SEALs, Marine Special Operators, Green Berets, Space Force personnel, and others within the armed services special operations community. On top of her very busy schedule as a successful attorney, Jen dedicates her personal time to teaching this three-hour class several times each year to veterans transitioning back to civilian life. Outside of her class, she has worked with hundreds of veterans one-on-one to review offer letters and compensation packages, using her legal knowledge to ensure they get the best possible outcome in their new careers. PureTech Health (PTH), a small, Boston-based clinical-stage biotechnology company, has worked with Dr. Jenny Chen for over seven years. During that time, Dr. Chen has provided IP counsel on a wide variety of biotechnologies, ranging from exosome delivery systems and recombinant viral vector systems to different immuno-technologies, including CAR T-cell and various other antibody technologies. Terri has worked with Replicate since we founded the company in 2020 around a novel RNA platform being applied to various therapeutics.
