Mintz Represents DIF Capital Partners Data Center Portfolio in Acquisition

Mintz served as legal counsel to Tonaquint Data Centers (Tonaquint), a DIF Capital Partners portfolio company, in its acquisition of EdgeX Data Centers.

Tonaquint is a specialized data center provider offering cloud, colocation, backup, disaster recovery and network-as-a-service solutions to mid-market organizations through its facilities in the Mountain West and Southwest regions of the US.

This acquisition adds another data center to Tonaquint’s existing platform in Boise, Idaho and St. George, Utah, and enables Tonaquint to extend its robust portfolio into the rapidly growing Oklahoma City market, and adjacent markets. Tonaquint was acquired by DIF in December 2022.
