Our Approach
State attorneys general have become increasingly aggressive in investigating and prosecuting companies and individuals in connection with a broad array of state enforcement and consumer protection statutes.
Business practices involving health care provision or payments, gig workers, marketing, lending and collections, environmental protection, general consumer protection, and fraud detection and prevention have provided successful and popular targets for state AG enforcement.
Each elected state attorney general acts autonomously within their state but increasingly in coordination with other state attorneys general and other state and federal agencies.
