The brief manual provides an overview of key U.S. laws impacting privacy policies, such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as well as the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It also includes a checklist for lawyers advising clients on the current state of privacy policies and on necessary revisions.
