Mintz’s PrivateEquity Practice is an interdisciplinary group of transactional and regulatory attorneys who advise private equity sponsors, sellers, and portfolio company management teams, guiding them through all aspects of company growth and exits. We regularly represent both US and international sponsors and their portfolio companies, working closely with business teams to structure and execute transactions effectively and efficiently. Given the breadth and sophistication of Mintz’s buyside work with private equity sponsors, and the team’s deep understanding of the issues that pertain to rollover sellers, Mintz is routinely engaged by middle market companies looking to sell to private equity buyers.  In addition to serving as primary deal counsel on a wide range of middle-market transactional matters, we frequently serve as US subject-matter counsel in the health care, telecommunications, energy, and other sectors.
