Charlie focuses his practice on debt financing transactions. His experience includes representing traditional and alternative lenders and borrowers in a broad range of secured and unsecured financing transactions. His practice encompasses leveraged and acquisition financings, debtor-in-possession financings, bridge financings, and term, revolving, and asset-based loan facilities.

Prior to joining Mintz, Charlie practiced as an associate in the finance practices of prominent international law firms in New York, where he worked on all aspects of financing transactions. During his tenure, he was seconded at the legal department of a multinational bank. During his time in law school, he served as a staff member of the Columbia Journal of Gender and Law.
