Following his arrival at Mintz this week, Member Thomas Earnest spoke with Law360 Pulse about his experience advising a range of clients – from startups to late-stage private and public companies. He discusses the ways in which he hopes to increase his practice offerings and help clients continue to grow their businesses. 

Thomas says, “As clients are growing, and they're maturing, they're needing tax support, labor and employment support, IP litigation. Earlier this year, I started looking for another opportunity or new home to move our clients over to, and Mintz really stood out because it has such a strong brand and practice area in emerging company space, technology and life science. It's a very, very strong firm, but there's still a lot of growth opportunities, specifically in San Francisco, so I was really attracted to those two things."
