Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization is leading to a reexamination of the crime-fraud exception, an important exception to the attorney-client privilege. Member and Chair of Mintz’s ESG practice group, Jennifer B. Rubin and Associate Greer Clem co-authored an article published by Corporate Counsel in which they discuss the long-standing exception.

Mintz completed a deal as counsel to Med-Pharmex in its sale to British-owned veterinary products developer and manufacturer Dechra Pharmaceuticals. Through the sale, Dechra will gain further access and nearly 40 years of experience in the U.S. veterinary health market. 

Mintz is strengthening its two decades-long reputation for being at the forefront of SPAC transactions serving as Biolog-id's legal advisor in its agreement to become a publicly traded company via a business combination with Genesis Growth Tech Acquisition Corp.
