BOSTON – Two Mintz Members will serve on incoming Attorney General Andrea Campbell’s transition team, with Mintz Health Member Brent Henry taking on the role of Co-Chair of the Transition Committee.

Mintz is pleased to announce that Member and Chair of the firm’s Environmental Law Practice, Jeff Porter, has been named to one of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor-elect's six transition committees. He is the only practicing environmental attorney serving on the committee.

Mintz is pleased to announce that Natashia Tidwell, a former federal prosecutor and police officer, has joined the firm’s Boston office as a Member of the Litigation Group. Ms. Tidwell’s practice focuses on white collar defense and government investigations with a special emphasis on assisting educational institutions in identifying and managing internal and external challenges.

 Mintz is pleased to announce that Steven Olenick, a nationally recognized transactional attorney with particular expertise in the sports sector, has joined the firm as Chair of the Sports & Entertainment Practice and a Member of the Corporate & Securities Group, resident in the New York office.

In its second annual edition, 28 Mintz attorneys were named to Boston Magazine’s Top Lawyers list.

Mintz has appointed Members Gregory Fine and Matthew T. Simpson to co-lead the Private Equity practice alongside current chair, Kurt Steinkrauss. The change is effective immediately.
