Susan Berson and Brent Henry Recognized as Health Care Trailblazers by the National Law Journal

BOSTON – Two Mintz Members will serve on incoming Attorney General Andrea Campbell’s transition team, with Mintz Health Member Brent Henry taking on the role of Co-Chair of the Transition Committee.

Mintz is pleased to announce that Member and Chair of the firm’s Environmental Law Practice, Jeff Porter, has been named to one of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor-elect's six transition committees. He is the only practicing environmental attorney serving on the committee.

Mintz Member Jason Halperin and Associate Edmund Daley co-authored an article for the New York Law Journal focusing on the regulation of digital assets and deals. They look at which federal agency is likely to take the lead role and how that could affect whether crypto assets are treated as securities.

Mintz's Retail and Consumer Products Practice Co-Chair, Charles Samuels, was quoted in The Bond Buyer in an article covering what a divided Congress means for the municipal market.

Mintz is pleased to announce that Natashia Tidwell, a former federal prosecutor and police officer, has joined the firm’s Boston office as a Member of the Litigation Group. Ms. Tidwell’s practice focuses on white collar defense and government investigations with a special emphasis on assisting educational institutions in identifying and managing internal and external challenges.
