Susan Berson and Brent Henry Recognized as Health Care Trailblazers by the National Law Journal

A team of Mintz Levin attorneys has successfully defended two separate Inter Partes Reviews (IPRs) challenging the validity Infobridge PTE LTD.’s U.S. Patent No. 8,917,772 (“’772 Patent”).

The New England chapter of the American Association of Pro Bono Lawyers has awarded Mintz with one of its Pro Bono Awards, specifically highlighting the firm's pro bono work in co-counseling the challenge to the first "travel ban" presidential executive order.

Mintz is advising a consortium of investors led by TPG Capital and Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe in their acquisition of Curo Health Services, one of the nation’s leading hospice providers. The definitive agreement was announced on April 23, 2018. The deal is valued at approximately $1.4 billion.
