Mintz is pleased to announce Member ​Kurt Steinkrauss has been named the recipient of the 2018 Boston Estate Planning Council (BEPC) Excellence Award. The BEPC Excellence Award is given in recognition of outstanding contributions to the estate planning profession.

Mintz is expanding the firm’s technology capabilities with the arrival of William S. Perkins and Dinesh K. Melwani. Both join as Members in the Corporate & Securities Section and will help lead the firm’s technology initiative from Boston.

Bruce Sokler, the Chair of Mintz’s Antitrust practice, was quoted in Law360’s article on a February 26th Supreme Court case regarding a dispute over anti-steering provisions in American Express merchant agreements.

Adam Lenain, a member of Mintz’s San Diego office, counsels technology companies, both public and private, on matters including mergers and acquisitions, licensing and collaborations, and general corporate and securities issues.
