Susan Berson and Brent Henry Recognized as Health Care Trailblazers by the National Law Journal

The Boston Herald published an opinion article written by Jeff Robbins, a Boston lawyer and former U.S. delegate to the United Nations Human Rights Commission, highlighting Chairman of Mintz R. Robert Popeo’s dedication to helping others, including members of the East Boston neighborhood where he grew up.

In a recent article published by Diverse Issues in Higher Education, Mintz Member and Co-chair of the Sports & Entertainment Practice Tyrone Thomas commented on the decision by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA)’s Division I governance to not add reforms that would give the NCAA greater authority to discipline institutions that have engaged in academic misconduct.

Mintz Member and Founding Chair of the Immigration Practice Susan Cohen was featured as a guest on Boston radio host Candy O’Terry’s podcast “The Story Behind Her Success,” which features the stories of inspiring women from every walk of life.

During summer 2019, Mintz welcomed Harlem high school student Kimberly Allotey as an intern in the firm’s New York office.


Ms. Allotey joined Mintz through First Workings, an organization whose mission is to help underserved and underrepresented New York City high school students acquire social capital by arranging two-week paid internships in the summer between their junior and senior years.
