Susan Berson and Brent Henry Recognized as Health Care Trailblazers by the National Law Journal

The Legal Services Corporation will honor Mintz Member Susan Finegan for her commitment to pro bono legal services in Massachusett. Ms. Finegan’s dedication to expanding pro bono work was a highlight in her nomination.

Susan Cohen, Chair of the Immigration practice at Mintz, is quoted in a Law360 article discussing Boston’s label as a “sanctuary city”. The article discusses the logistics that must be navigated to keep this status and how local and statewide leaders are reacting.

Mintz represents NuCana, which completed its approximately $114 million initial public offering. The United Kingdom-based clinical-stage company focuses on improving treatment outcomes for patients with cancer.
