Angie focuses her practice on general corporate matters, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and venture capital transactions. Her clients include businesses of all sizes, including emerging companies and entrepreneurs.

Prior to joining Mintz, Angie was a Student Attorney at a Boston College Law School clinic, where she assisted on transactional matters for entrepreneurs, including advising clients on entity formation and incorporation. Additionally, she participated in an Immigration Law Clinic where she represented a detained client, managing the removal proceedings and participating in a full merits trial appearance.

While earning her JD, Angie served as a Mintz Summer Associate, where she worked closely with partners and senior associates specializing in mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and venture capital transactions. Earlier, she also served as a Summer Associate at another leading Boston law firm. Prior to law school, Angie worked in Private Wealth Management at a large financial institution.
