Annie focuses her practice on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on representing emerging growth companies throughout their life cycles. She works with clients across the technology sector, including consumer internet, software, telecommunications, and entertainment technology companies, as well as venture capital firms.

Prior to joining Mintz, Annie practiced at a boutique San Francisco law firm focused on M&A and venture financing transactions. Earlier, she was an associate at an international law firm.

While earning her JD, Annie won first place in UCLA Law’s Pircher, Nichols & Meeks Joint Venture Challenge. She also served as a legal research and writing advisor.
