Bianca is a litigator who focuses her practice on complex civil disputes. She has experience conducting legal research, drafting memoranda, motions, and letters, and participating in a jury trial. Bianca is also an active participant in Mintz’s pro bono efforts.

While earning her JD, Bianca worked in Fordham Law’s Securities Litigation and Arbitration Clinic. She also served as a legal intern in the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of New York, where she provided assistance on a medical fraud settlement and a civil rights trial. 

In law school, Bianca additionally served as the editor-in-chief of the Dispute Resolution Society, as an associate editor for Fordham Law Moot Court, and was on the staff of the Fordham International Law Journal.

Prior to law school, Bianca worked as a paralegal for the Human Rights Campaign.
